NEVER ORDER YOUR TEXTBOOKS FROM CHEGG.
I needed a book for school, and they are 5 days late to deliver the item, haven't provided any sort of tracking information even though they were supposed to, refuse to respond to my emails which they claim they WILL do within 48 hours (it's been 4 days and nothing), and their phone line puts me on hold for 10 minutes and then a voice comes up that just says "GOODBYE!".
I filed a report with the BBB...not that it will do anything, but I'm pissed. I had to drop a class because of this bullshit.
